database and NTPNow will bill them automatically on

There are three recurring billing options to choose from

1. Bill once or twice per month until the account is manually deleted from the database - great for 'bill until cancellation
of service' type payments

2. Bill until a balance has been paid off - great for
installment style payments

3. Bill for a certain number of months - great for partial
monthly payments
